So soon?!

February 28, 2013 we closed on our newest house.

November 24, 2013 we put our newest house on the market.

That's right folks. Because the stupid department of labor is refusing to pay Charles a dime for almost four and a half months now, we are forced to try to sell in attempt to keep our {financial} head above water. Can you tell I'm a bit irritated with them?!

We need a miracle!

This means we'll be moving back to Georgia to rely on family to provide our basic needs. Ya know, the food on the table and roof over our heads needs...  Forget worrying about Christmas for the girls!  Thankfully, Little Sister doesn't know what's going on and Little Miss has had her Christmas presents purchased for awhile now since I found them on super clearance. :-)  Christmas to Charles and I from our parents came early~ money to buy food and pay utilities!

All while continuing to fight the DOL to pay the man what is rightfully owed to him after getting injured at work!! Everything they ask for, the Dr provides yet the DOL comes up with something else to ask for and thus I present to you our situation of never ending {it seems anyways} rock and hard place.

They are paying ALL his medical bills yet refuse to pay him at all! What sense does that make?!  So frustrated with the DOL!

We recently wrote our Senators, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott, and Congressional Representative, Mick Mulvaney, in hope of their assistance.  They've all accepted the case and are contacting DOL on Charles' behalf to try to expedite a paycheck coming sooner than later!

In the mean time, the agonizing hunt to find a new Neurologist and Vestibular Physical Therapist in Georgia that will file with the Federal Workers Compensation {even more of a headache than the state workers comp!} begins...

But truly, despite all of that headache {literal for Charles} and stress going on, we see the good Lord at work in the midst of it all!  He continues to provides for our needs.  Just when we think money is gone, we are blessed with financial help.  Like we over paid our escrow account on the house and received a check for the difference.  Unexpected financial blessing.  Our parents helping where they can, when they can.

So please join us in prayer not only for financial resolution but a healing miracle for Charles!

Y'all have been in my thoughts all week, and will continue to be as you wade through this nonsense. Where in GA will you be? I may have some contacts - you can PM me the info.
